Delete your account and data
You can delete your account, and everything we hold that belongs to it, at any time. Do it inside the application where that option exists, or send us one e-mail. No account is required to make the request, and you do not have to give a reason.
I. Delete your account inside the app
Where an application offers account deletion directly, this is the quickest way and takes effect at once:
- Open the application and go to Settings.
- Choose Account or Your data.
- Select Delete my account and confirm.
Your account, your sign-in and the data stored with it on our servers are removed immediately. Uninstalling the application alone does not delete an account; use the steps above or the e-mail route below.
II. Request deletion by e-mail
If you cannot get into the application, if it does not offer deletion in its settings, or if you would simply rather write to us, send an e-mail to contact@seraphicorder.com. The button below opens a message with the right subject and fields:
Please include:
- the name of the application;
- the e-mail address or sign-in method you used in it, and send the request from that address if you can, so that we can confirm the account is yours.
We confirm receipt, carry out the deletion, and tell you when it is done. If we cannot match the request to an account, we will ask you for a detail that lets us do so; we never ask for your password.
III. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in, including any identity held for you at the sign-in provider the application uses.
- All data stored on our servers that belongs to the account: the content you created, your settings, and any identifiers linked to you.
- Any device token used to send you notifications.
Deletion from the application is immediate. A request by e-mail is completed within 30 days of our confirming your identity, and usually much sooner.
IV. What is not covered, and why
- Data on your own device. Many of our applications keep your data on your phone rather than on our servers. We cannot reach it; remove it by deleting the application's data or uninstalling the application.
- Your device's own backup (for example iCloud or Google backup) may hold a copy of the application's local data under your platform account's terms.
- Routine server backups may contain a copy of deleted data until the backup is rotated and overwritten in the normal cycle. Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.
- Platform records. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your downloads and purchases under their privacy terms. We do not receive or store your payment details, and we cannot delete the stores' records for you.
- Correspondence about the deletion request itself is kept only as long as needed to carry it out and to show that it was done.
V. Deleting data without deleting your account
If you want to keep your account but remove particular content, you can delete that content within the application, or write to us using the e-mail route above and say what you would like removed.

If an application published by Seraphic Order has its own deletion page, it is listed here and takes precedence for that application. None is listed at present; the instructions above apply to all of them.
